Where do we ship to? USA

What location do we ship from? Tampa, Florida 

What mail carrier do we use? All items will be shipped via USPS. You will receive a tracking number within 1-2 business days (unless otherwise stated).

How much is our shipping fee? Shipping costs are based on your location and the weight of your order. The shipping fee is calculated at checkout. 

Do we offer local pickup? At the moment since we do not have a physical store, we do not.

How long will it take for your package to arrive? Processing Time: 1-2 business days / Shipping Time 2-7 business days

Please note: We are much busier over the holidays, as is our mail carrier. We are also busy during any sales or promotion periods. During these times, allow 3-5 business days for processing time, and extra time for shipping. Shipments may take longer than the time frames given above. These time frames are not guaranteed as weather and mail volume can affect delivery. We are not responsible for errors made by the shipping carrier such us damages, delays, additional fees and taxes or lost packages. We are not responsible for any packages stolen off your doorstep and/or mailbox.
